The weed is starting to come in.
I was on the beach this morning just North of Bob Hall Pier. New weed is starting to come in and the ties in with the water temp hitting 70s and Jack and Spanish starting to be caught.
Here are another picture taken this morning and a PDF I did on fishing the weed which I did a while back but is still valid.
I do enjoy fishing the weed and the trick is to go with the flow. Don’t try and hold but fish with the weed as it moves with the current. Water color was good today and you should be able to find clear spots to fish if you go hunting.
