Breakaway Rod Warranty

Thank you for choosing Breakaway Rods! In the event you experience breakage or damage due to defects in materials or workmanship, our Service Center is available to help you with warranty and/or repair needs.

For one year from the DATE OF PURCHASE Breakaway Tackle Inc. will repair or replace your rod when found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship. The decision to repair or replace will be determined by the Breakaway Service Center. Breakaway Tackle Inc. will have no other obligations and will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not cover damages caused by addition to or alterations of the product(s). Damages caused by accident, abuse, or normal wear may be repaired at the customer’s expense.

Breakaway Tackle Inc. makes no implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS for any period beyond the duration of the limited warranty. This warranty does not extend to products which are put to commercial use or rental use.

This warranty gives you specific rights which vary from state to state. Some state laws do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages or limitations of the implied warranties, so the limitations may not apply to you.

Include your letter of explanation (with name and complete street address, NO PO Boxes please), your receipt showing date of purchase along with your $25.00 check or money order for shipping fee.
