The storms moved off over the Gulf yesterday but the very high winds during the early evening has left  us with some decent size surf swells this morning although the wind is now light.

The swells are supposed to flatten out over the weekend so finally we might get some good days fishing at PINS. I was on the north jetty of Packery this morning and did see some good size Tarpon rolling. Reds and Jacks were being caught.

We had a little bit of new weed in during the evening but with the light winds it is fishable.

Current conditions. SW 5mph Water clarity: 7 Driving 4

Bob with a nice slot Red and  Snagmaster with a Jack,  both caught at Packery.
