Sophia passed away suddenly in October 2014 and his father passed away in December. In January, Rudy started feeling ill. He went to the Doctor to find he has three tumors in his brain. They operated and were only able to remove one of the three. Rudy has been given only a few months to live, leaving his 13 year old daughter, Deanna, and his 11 year old son, Brian.

So far, he has incurred medical bills of 2.5 million dollars. Please help us raise money for Rudy and his children. The raffle is for a Top Shelf custom Breakaway 10ft 6in rod wrapped in your choice of colors and your name will be placed on the rod. All money raised will be given directly to the family. David Mata from Bimini Custom Rods and Mike Gallegos have contributed a 10′ one piece custom rod built on an AllStar blank for the raffle to help generate more funds.The rod being donating will be built on a model SW1209 blank.
