One of my friends and legends of the Texas Surf, Poncho Brundridge (Poncho) passed away on Wednesday. Poncho who never recovered from the passing of his fishing partner and wife is now able to join her. Poncho never fished the beach again after her death.  I visited Poncho with Ralph Wade in the nursing home. Ralph said to Poncho, “do you remember the fish we used to catch on PINS, don’t you wish we could turn the clock back Poncho,” Poncho looked at Ralph and said “. No Ralph it would be too sad as we would know what was coming and who we would lose” Rest in peace mate.  Regards Nickaway
