My friend Henry caught some nice POMPS on PINS. Thanks Henry for the report and picture.

Fished between the 7 and 8 mile mark at PINS this morning. Nice pomp action. All on shrimp and fish bites combo. Some of them broke water and jumped.  Using Breakaway 10.5′ two piece built by Him, with Akios 656 CS reels. With no onshore winds this morning I was really casting way out there. The two piece with the Akios reels are the best combo I have ever used, beached reds to 42″s and jacks to 25 lbs.
