The water has cleared nicely and people were catching some nice Jacks at Packery yesterday. I watched Don fight one for about 20 minutes before he lost it and then Bob posted that he had one landed.  Pete gave me a report that he was catching Reds on the bay side of Packery using Gulp under a popping cork.  The bite is starting to happen. Water this morning was clearing at about a 7 but driving is still at about a 5. Wind is from the SE at about 10 mph and supposed to be building.
